The day trip from Vienna to Hallstat was a fantastic experience. Our guide Sophia was very knowledgeable about Hallstat and also knowledgeable on the various places between Vienna and Hallstat. She also gave clear instructions and made sure all questions were answered promptly. A 10/10 experience!★

The entire tour was conducted in English, and key information such as boarding times was clearly explained. Small souvenirs were given at the end. My only suggestion is that if you don't want a bird's-eye view of the town in Hallstatt, don't take the cable car, as it involves climbing and is quite tiring and time-consuming. I recommend spending all two hours on the church side. The Bone Church also has Chinese information brochures. Overall, it was quite good. Having already explored Vienna, visiting here was a pleasant surprise.★

Christopher, our guide, was excellent, very empathetic and attentive. Despite the language difference, he was very helpful with explanations. The downside of the excursions is that they don't have guides who speak Spanish, at least for the basic instructions on how the activity will go. This is a criticism that needs improvement.★

The day trip was amazing and the guides were really nice! We managed to see so much during the day, and Hallstatt in particular was amazing and fairytale-like. Definitely value for money if you want to see the rest of Austria during your trip to Vienna! The photo and postcard we received from the trip crowned the trip <3
