Our driver was very helpful when we first boarded. I needed a charging cable & he told me where on our route I could hop off to get one on our way to the castle. Very cordial, friendly and welcoming. From the young folk that sell the tickets to the ones that drive you around. Overall a very clean, comfortable ride. They provide headphones for the audio on board in several languages for all visitors.

So brilliant! Being able to get on and off at different stops was great as it gave us chance to see everything we wanted! The buses were really regular so we didn’t have to wait long before getting on the next one. The map was really helpful and showed places of interest around the city. The audio guide on the bus was also really interesting and gave background to each area on the map/tour. The driver and guides were really pleasant and helpful too.

Really good tour guided by Robert. He had a lot of knowledge and could tell a lot of stories. As a guide and storyteller, Robert is an obvious choice and people are lucky if they have him as a tour guide. He took good care of his group and made sure that we were all on the way The only downside was that Robert had a tendency to make a lot of fun of himself. You could easily stand there wondering if he was actually okay.


