I was unsure about the meeting place, so I came to check it out beforehand, confirmed with the staff that it was the right place, and then made a reservation on the spot. The staff were very kind! Each gondola holds 5 people. The ride takes about 30 minutes. If you're not particular about the route, I think this experience is great! However, there was no walking guide as described.

Very well organised day! If you’re looking for a packed day with all the main attractions this is the best option. Our guide Roberta was amazing in the morning, she had so much knowledge made it much more enjoyable going around with the facts. Gondola ride was lovely going around lasted around 25 minutes. We then got free time for lunch before heading to Murano and Burano if you book the afternoon tour too. Very long day but got everything done in 1 day allowing us then the rest of our trip to explore. Lovely staff and everything was sorted for you Thank you so much!!

Beautiful tour. Our guide, Chiara, was extremely knowledgeable and very good and interesting (one of the best guides I've ever had). The tour was very exciting, engaging, and useful because seeing those beautiful places with someone who explains what you see and tells you the history of the places and of Venice is something else entirely. It's absolutely worth it, and the price is fair for the excellent service provided and the time and care put into the tour.


