Our guide, Jo, made the difference. She was knowledgeable, cheerful, professional, and attentive to the needs of each member of the group. She provided excellent presentations of the places we visited throughout the excursion. Highly recommended. Oscar, the driver, was punctual, attentive, and precise. The trip was comfortable, and even in heavy traffic, he managed to find alternative routes that allowed us to stay on schedule. Very good.

This tour was amazing from start to finish. Monica our tour guide was full of knowledge and such a lovely lady interacting with us all. We felt very safe with the coach driver too. At the end of the tour she even recommended how to spend the evening. We took her advice and went for dinner to the Navigli canals she told us what metro to catch and where to get off.

Despite the communication difficulties due to the language barrier, I had an excellent time and had some truly wonderful encounters. We were shown the options available for boats and trips at the dockside, we decided on a 1 hr trip for 2 on the 'Black Pearl' The booking was made and we came back 40mins later to board the boat. The skipper was friendly and knowledgeable, pointing out notable hotels and houses of the rich and famous. We paid when we returned after the trip, there were no hidden costs. We had a great time, would definitely recommend it.
