Everything went great. I was met with a sign at the security checkpoint, shown through, and had my luggage picked up within 5 minutes. I arrived in Ho Chi Minh City at night. There were about 40 people in each line, not terrible. But I was already at the hotel 35 minutes after leaving the plane. I recommend it.★

I love these springs. They're a great choice for a relaxing time. First, a mud bath, then an herbal bath, followed by relaxation in the numerous pools with jacuzzis. I highly recommend them.★

Good afternoon! I'm so happy I bought this service. I don't know how long we would have stood in line at passport control, but we got through in 5 minutes, just perfect. We were independent tourists, arrived without a tour operator and without luggage, so we went through security and left straight away by taxi. Thank you so much🫶🏻★
