It's easy to use. You just pay for each ticket individually, but the lounge was so crowded that I had to wait to get in. It was my first time in the East wing, and while it was smaller than the West wing, it was more than enough for breakfast.

Today, I took the AREX direct train from Seoul Station to Incheon Airport. Although there is a procedure to enter a voucher code and issue a QR code on the Airport Railroad's official website, the process is smooth. If you take a screenshot of the QR code and save it, you can easily board your flight by simply tapping it at the ticket gate. It was extremely convenient and comfortable, so I would definitely use it again next time. I highly recommend it to busy travelers!

Very convenient. It's super easy to get cash from a machine, and they accept euros, dollars, and even just won. They accept it everywhere! The only issue is that I had trouble reading my transport card, but that must be my phone, because to top up or check my T-Money balance, you have to tap the card to the phone for the chip to be recognized. 🤪😂

The receptionist was very polite. However, when I was waiting in line to pay at Olive Young at Lotte Duty Free, the store closed, and even though I was in line, the store clerk told me I couldn't use the pass because they were closing, so I couldn't use it. Some of my acquaintances use the pass, and I think it's a very good one, but I'm not happy with the store's response.
