Was find in airport nice to come city centre by train 🚂 to city metro 🚈 comfortable . Was on balance 5$ after one way stay 2,7$ work good

While at Changi Airport, I prefer to buy Ijooz. It's refreshing and relatively inexpensive for an airport. Redemption is easy. Simply point the barcode at the vending machine's camera located below the tap card, and the machine will process it immediately.

The booking process was very easy and as long as you download the app and ask around, it's very easy to use. There are a lot of other tourists using the Go City Pass so establishments are familiar with the redemption process. Most of the time you just have to show your QR code. I definitely recommend this if you're a first-timer in SG

It was very good, but exchanging tickets for the night safari and canopy ride was a bit of a hassle. It would be better if there was a little more information about the procedure. It was the only thing that bothered me, especially since everything else was so great.

It was a great way to start the trip with no luggage to worry about. Great service at the Terminal 3 store, quick drop off and we were ready to start our trip! What I enjoyed the most was that I could focus on the trip and safety of my kids, with regular updates on the status of my luggage allowing me to relax and enjoy. Thanks and would use it again!


