08:00hrs: Assemble before departure time at Harbourfront Centre, please proceed to the Ferry Operator's counter to collect your boarding pass. It will be based on the confirmation ferry operator provided. The ferry journey from Singapore to Batam usually takes around 45 minutes to 1 hour. (Please note that 08.00 AM is our recommendation time to arrived at the ferry terminal to collect boarding pass, please kindly check your voucher to see your ferry boarding timing)
