Our Tour Guide, Massimo, was phenomenal. He was knowledgeable, professional and patient with all of the participants. The sound of his voice was one of excitement and mystery yet soothing at the same time. He truly loves his City. The half - day tour of the Top 3 Must See landmarks, plus a stop in The Galleria, was a perfect way to introduce us to the beautiful city of Milan.★

We booked this pretty late as we had a spare day in Milan whilst there for the Winter Olympics - I had read reviews that whilst the scenery was beautiful the train was packed. This wasn’t the case at all - the scenery was indeed absolutely breathtaking and the train itself was comfortable with plenty of space and we didn’t experience any pushing & shoving at all - it was great 😊 Our guide Claudia was truly first class. We enjoyed St Moritz, it was White Turf day, with the highlight being a scrumptious fondue 🏂at the La Stalla restaurant. All in all a wonderful day and well organised trip 😊😊😊😊
