David was the best guide, we saw a mother sloth and her baby! We learned many new and interesting facts and the snack was very delicious. Very accommodating to babies, they even had a baby chair for when we were making the tortillas. The owner is lovely and you can tell that everybody who works there is passionate about what they do.

Incredibly beautiful place but opt out of meals if possible, truly a let down and the buffet is not worth it at all. Otherwise our children really enjoyed the springs, especially the kids pools and various waterfalls.

Everything was Absolutely Perfect !!! I took my DAUGHTER and we saw soooo much stuff! DART FROG, RED EYED FROG and the coolest Was PIT VIPERS and a CORAL SNAKE !! MAKE SURE you ask for VÍCTOR for your GUIDE ! He is The best !!!!!! Ask him to tell you the STORY about 2 PIT VIPERS at the same time on the trail 100 STARS !!!!!!

The facility - resort is stunningly gorgeous! Well kept/ maintained. Numerous hot pools of different temperatures- so something for everyone! Watched families and children have so much fun on the water slides:) Adult area for swim up bar. We purchased a day pass which included a meal so enjoyed dinner after a day at the hot springs- we thought it would be a buffet but it was off of the menu , which had good choices. Wish the weather had been hotter but this was a great afternoon
