Andrey and his tour was recommended by my Friend. We discussed various options, Andrey helped us with pro and con of different options for our situation and we chose Charyn Canyon. Our Guide Hakim arrived ahead if time. Solid Chevrolet Suburban. Hakim speaks good English, was very courteous and happy to chat and and then let us snooze when we wanted. Was proactive in checking for coffee and WC breaks. While the Canyon itself was great the X factor was small village market stop and the picnic by river Charyn.
Hakim had 4 year degree in Travel and Tourism and taking to him was like talking to very knowledgeable Qazaq friend. We chatted about places to visit, history, culture, democracy and also our families.
The cherry on top was his dining recommendation at Navat. Overall this tour is tempting us to come back for other tours and more conversations during the summer.★

I participated in this tour as a solo traveler, and on the day I took it, there were many other solo travelers. The conversations among the participants were lively, especially on the bus (van) ride there. The places visited on this tour are all difficult to reach without public transportation, so a tour like this is efficient, and I'm glad I participated.
Our guide, Rustam, made the tour exciting and actively engaged in conversation. We were able to experience the beauty of nature, and it was a tour that made me glad I went to Kazakhstan.
On the other hand, the tour started at 4:30 AM and ended at 9:00 PM, so it might be a bit difficult for those with small children.
Once again, thank you to our guide Rustam and driver for this wonderful experience!★

Amazing tour guide. Helpful, friendly, and good communication. Unfortunately I was disappointed at the end they dropped me to walk 10 minutes with my luggage after a long day hiking. It’s not like we were late and the driver needed to be somewhere. Simply the driver refused to drive a few 350 meters to drop me.★
