Getting to Stonehenge is a bit inconvenient, especially for those with elderly or young children. After arriving by bus, we were even more glad that we joined a tour group to go directly to the site. It would have been too cold to go in winter, and it would have been too tiring to push the stroller while waiting. We were wondering if such a long bus ride would be worth it, but thankfully we were able to visit in the end. The tour was definitely worth it!

The most wonderful experience! My husband and I had an incredible day. Our guide Mal was an absolute legend. He was so knowledgeable and even grew up in Bath! The best way to learn about a place is from a local. Ask him how he learnt to swim 😂 Mal also went around to every single person on the tour and ensured they knew where they were going once we got back to London. He made sure everyone had a way home, and were safe. Cannot recommend enough.

Fabulous! James and Jermaine were both fantastic. James was extremely knowledgeable and told us so much information about the areas we visited. This isn’t necessarily a tour to take if you want to shop though, not too much time for that unless you are really fast. We are so happy we booked this tour.

A special mention goes to Bruce, our tour leader, who was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, well-organized, and engaging throughout the day, sharing interesting facts and stories that brought each location to life. Bruce made sure everyone was comfortable, informed, and enjoying the experience, which made the tour run smoothly from start to finish. Highly recommended for anyone wanting a well-structured, informative, and enjoyable day trip to some of England’s most famous landmarks.


