I highly recommend this tour. Although I didn't see the sunset due to clouds blocking the sun, the views were so magnificent that I felt like I didn't miss anything. I also want to especially commend the tour guide; it was very interesting to listen to her, and she spoke good English. A little about the organization of the tour itself: I arrived five minutes early at the Melina Mercouri statue, where I was met by a boy with a QR code scanner. On the bus, we were given an audio guide synchronized with our GPS location, but the guide added his own commentary. The route was scenic, driving along the coast. There was one stop with a view of the cape itself. Entrance is an additional 20 euros.

Overall it is definitely not cheap, but you can travel on trains around Europe as many times as you want during the period, flexible and convenient, especially for last minute travelers. Keep in mind in countries like Spain, Italy and France, the reservation fee is expensive and can add up quickly, so you need to plan ahead. Also, in most countries, the app cannot be used in the tickets gates automatically, and must seek help from staff. Hope they can improve it.

Antonia was a fantastic host, making the class super relaxed, fun and engaging. We made some honestly incredible dishes and got to learn about the markets and also about some Greek culture and history that you wouldn’t normally hear at your typical Athens hot spots. We had such a great time thank you so much!


