Mary reached out the day before via WhatsApp and answered my logistic questions. Overall I’m very happy I joined her tour. She is patient, upbeat, and explained well without being overwhelming. Perhaps I’m out of shape, but this ~5 hours walking tour was intense during the last hour or so. Be sure to wear comfiest shoes and bundled up! Also I’m glad Mary’s notes did mention bringing drinks and snacks with you. The snack shops inside the Forbidden City were too long to wait.★

It was an amazing experience, so organized and we left on time. Divina was the best, she contacted me the day before the trip, she always responded to my messages promptly. I was traveling solo so she recommended the perfect route for me, she even helped me when I was lost up there. Will definitely book again with you in October if I visit again as she recommended the view will be amazing! Even after we returned, she helped me find the metro station and helped me get the ticket. My friends and I had a wonderful experience in the forbidden city! Our tour guide, Dan, was very friendly and knowledgeable about the history of the forbidden city with many fascinating stories to tell. We were worried we wouldn’t find our tour guide within the sea of people when first meeting up but we found him very easily with the instructions given to us the day before. Everything was very well organised and the tour went smoothly. I was very impressed with the Dan’s history knowledge, from the roof tops down to the floor tiles, everything had history to it. Our tour guide was also very interactive with us, making the experience more fun and lively. Overall I really enjoyed this tour and highly recommend it!! ⭐️Trip.com Picks
