Excellent boat ride with beautiful views of surrounding landscape and beautiful villas. Very interesting and informative on the various villas. Prompt and well communicated service was vey much appreciated. A very enjoyable experience! One side-note, we just needed the music to be turned down a little to hear the information our guide was sharing.★

I only used this service for a one-way trip from Malpensa Airport to Milan Central Station. I considered the Malpensa Express, but chose this service to save money. I bought the ticket on the day of travel, and it was fine. I didn't know where the platform was, but a staff member kindly showed me the way. It seems to run once an hour, so if you get on early, you'll have to spend time on the train until departure. You have to pick up your own luggage. I was worried about my luggage being mixed up or stolen. If you're worried about that, I recommend sitting near the entrance/exit.★
