The ferry ride from Magong Port in Penghu to Budai Port in Chiayi was very smooth overall. Clear signage at the port before boarding, and the queuing and ticket checking process was quick and convenient, without any confusion. The cabin was spacious, the seats comfortable, and the view was excellent, allowing for a relaxing break while enjoying the azure ocean. Simple drinks and snacks were provided onboard, a thoughtful touch for a long voyage. The boat was stable throughout the trip, and even with some minor choppy seas, it wasn't too rocking, making it ideal for relaxing or taking photos. Upon disembarking, the Budai Port terminal was clean and easily accessible, allowing for quick access to a shuttle or taxi. Overall, this was a comfortable and efficient trip, making it a good choice for returning to mainland Taiwan from Penghu.

Worked perfectly. Bought the ticket yesterday and now I'm sat aboard the high speed train to Taichung. Clean, modern and efficient. To redeem it's easy just head to the website and enter the code. Then select a time and you're off. I actually wanted to board an earlier train and the lady at the station changed it for me at no extra cost (their English level is great actually). Very happy with this.
