Worked perfectly. Bought the ticket yesterday and now I'm sat aboard the high speed train to Taichung. Clean, modern and efficient. To redeem it's easy just head to the website and enter the code. Then select a time and you're off. I actually wanted to board an earlier train and the lady at the station changed it for me at no extra cost (their English level is great actually). Very happy with this.

It was incredibly good 💯👏 I'll definitely use it again when I come to Taiwan 🥹💕By the way, reserved seats require a reservation at the counter, but for unreserved seats, you can just enter the ticket gate and board with just your passport and ticket (no reservation at the counter)❣️It says that reservations can be made online, but in my case, I was only able to do so on the outbound journey on the first day.I tried to go online for the return journey and the second day, but the réservé button was no longer available 🥺Also, it seems that tickets cannot be issued at the machine next to the counter, so if you want to reserve a reserved seat, please go to a manned counter (HSR)😊
