Great experience! Super easy booking the ticket, we arrived at the west gate for about 8:30am on a non-holiday Friday and it was empty, no queue or waiting. Make sure to bring your passport too and they just had our booking details in the system. Amazing experience getting to see the pandas so close!

The overall experience was good. I didn’t use my second day part of the trip because my knee was sprained a little prior to the trip and the weather rainy so I decided to head back earlier. My driver was pleasant and friendly. Very informative of the area and made the experience a memorable one.
