It was a very good trip. There was a car for round-trip transportation, and the tour guide was there for the entire day. The bus ride from Hanoi's Old Quarter to Halong Bay took about three hours. I rarely sit in the back seat, but it was surprisingly comfortable. Along the way, I was able to see exotic scenery, and Halong Bay was also quite beautiful. It's just that after seeing so many mountains and rivers in China, I didn't find it as stunning. However, the cruise experience was very good. There was a bathing pool on the top deck, so if you have children, bring your swimsuits. It was a very enjoyable day! The tour guide spoke English, and some of the boat staff spoke Chinese! Highly recommended!

The service they offer is the same as what you receive. The staff was very friendly. The boat is the same as the one in the photos. The food was varied and plentiful, and the activities met expectations. Highly recommended!

This was the most comfortable stay I've had during my trip to Vietnam. The staff were all friendly and helpful, and since we were the only Koreans there, they used a translator to help us with everything. I booked a double room, but since we were traveling with a family, they gave us a room connected by a hallway. Each room has a terrace, so it was great for reading while taking in the scenery. The best part about the accommodation was the comfortable sleep. The drinks were delicious, especially the mango smoothie.

The itinerary was excellent. We picked up our passengers in the city before 8:30 AM and sailed to the port in Halong Bay. We stopped at a service area along the way and had lunch on board. We had three afternoon activities: swimming on the beach or hiking, exploring caves, and kayaking or rafting through caves. The afternoon tea at the end was too simple, and we arrived back in the city at around 9 PM, leaving us hungry. It would be great if the price could be increased and a buffet was offered.

SST the Dolphin and its crew were very friendly and provided meticulous service, especially Finn, who even helped peel shrimps. We avoided the crowded Surprise Cave, but still enjoyed the beauty of Halong Bay. The feeling of kayaking and passing through two sea caves was still very magical.


