Spent Lunar new year on this tour, found out only the day of that this was the only operator working that day so we got the whole bay for ourselves and it was dreamy, the itinerary is as descrived, you'll get to kayak, swim, eat, learn about the fishing village and the fishes of this area and finish the day making spring rolls. The staff and especially Hana, our guide, are incredibily lively and lovely. They even gave us red envelopes with a game to celebrate the new year. Recommended!★

Everything with the tour was good, and the sites you see are beautiful! Phong was a good guide; he explained information about Ha Long Bay and Hanoi, and was always clear about logistics (like where we were going and how long it would take to get there). The lunch and snacks provided were delicious. Some of the logistics were unclear from the *** listing and could have been communicated a little better ahead of time, but the organizers respond very quickly on Whatsapp to all of the questions I had so this wasn’t a problem. ★

We were very doubtful if it is still worth going to Halong as everybody says it's too crowded. Eventually in our hotel in Hanoi they proposed a day tour with Jade and so we did it. Very nice! The weather was not very good, otherwise we would have enjoyed even more the trip. We were very few people on board (nice for us but enviromentically speaking a bit a waste), very nice and helpfull staff - and almost alone in the bays as the day tour starts early and hit the bays long before the overnight cruises arrive in the afternoon. I had doubts because of my seasickness but the sea there is really smooth and no waves at all! I highly recommand this tour for people like me - eventually I was on a ship despite my problems with seasickness!! Great experience in an amazing landscape.★

You will not regret booking this trip.
The food and service was without fault!!
Make sure you’re hungry because lunch is 6 courses!!
We went kayaking through some caves and swam in the bay, jumping off a trampoline and water slides into the water.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip.
While David and Dat were brilliant at their job, all staff contributed to an amazing experience.
