Spent Lunar new year on this tour, found out only the day of that this was the only operator working that day so we got the whole bay for ourselves and it was dreamy, the itinerary is as descrived, you'll get to kayak, swim, eat, learn about the fishing village and the fishes of this area and finish the day making spring rolls. The staff and especially Hana, our guide, are incredibily lively and lovely. They even gave us red envelopes with a game to celebrate the new year. Recommended!★

Luca was great - knowledgeable, hard working, and has a good sense of humor. He gives you a good amount of stories that coincide with the activities. He ensures everyone is having a good time and no members get lost. Staff members on the boat were also attentive and respectful. Kind and well engaged with the guests. I do wish the hot tub was hot but it is Vietnam. I would just be advised that it’s not an all inclusive type of cruise. Even though it’s a buffet, there are things you need to pay for. The speed boat is the only activity you pay for but honestly it’s worth it and a fun way to explore more of the bay. And you get to go to the bamboo boat after so you’re basically paying for a two for one.★

Everything with the tour was good, and the sites you see are beautiful! Phong was a good guide; he explained information about Ha Long Bay and Hanoi, and was always clear about logistics (like where we were going and how long it would take to get there). The lunch and snacks provided were delicious. Some of the logistics were unclear from the *** listing and could have been communicated a little better ahead of time, but the organizers respond very quickly on Whatsapp to all of the questions I had so this wasn’t a problem. ★

You will not regret booking this trip.
The food and service was without fault!!
Make sure you’re hungry because lunch is 6 courses!!
We went kayaking through some caves and swam in the bay, jumping off a trampoline and water slides into the water.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip.
While David and Dat were brilliant at their job, all staff contributed to an amazing experience.★

Saw some wonderful sights with the highlight being the Surprise Cave.
Quite a full day of touring but made so much easier with the enthusiasm and dedication of Chuong, our tour guide.
He makes a difference to the tour experience.
