There was a very heavy downpour in the morning, and we had a slight cold, so we decided not to go on the cruise. We warned the driver, who works for a tour operator. The company representatives offered to change the dates so we could still take their cruise, but our bus to Ninh Binh was leaving that same day. Once the rain stopped, we went to the beach. And we didn't regret it at all. We strolled along the promenade and thoroughly enjoyed the halong sushi.
