Was picked up in a regular car with 4 other passengers. Drove 20 minutes to the black mini van, changed cars, drove for about 2 hours in the mini van with 1 pit stop. Overall, everything was smooth.

Very convenient service. They contacted me via WhatsApp and explained everything. They reminded me the day before. The driver also specified the car. Everything was clear and convenient. And most importantly, it was fast.

The bus was comfortable and clean, we were picked up from our hotel on time, and they provided water. The only downside was the long stop at the tourist shop (40 minutes).

🚐✨ On the way from Hanoi to Halong Bay, I thought the three-hour ride would be tiring, but it turned out to be anything but! This time, we booked a shared, luxurious 12-seater minibus, which was incredibly comfortable~ The interior was clean and spacious, with reclining seats, USB charging ports, and bottles of mineral water. The driver drove steadily and safely throughout the journey, even stopping for restroom breaks and some small purchases. It was quieter and more relaxing than I expected; the entire trip felt like a vacation. 😌 Best of all, we were dropped off directly at the Halong Bay pier, eliminating the need for transfers or luggage. For this price, this quality is a steal! 👏
