Apart from a bumpy start due to traffic, I had such an amazing day with our guide Lee. He was very informative and tried his best to communicate well with everyone. He was constantly making sure he had everyone in our group when it came to departing from locations. He volunteered to take pictures and videos if we needed them. He gave encouraging words when climbing those gazillion steps to see the most beautiful views. I would do any tour with him as my guide.

The itinerary was quite packed, but I found it very fun. The tour guide was very cheerful; I think his name was Jin, and he spoke fluent English.

The tour guide was very nice and helpful, and he explained very detailed information at each destination. Lunch was okay, and the driver was nice. I just didn’t expect that even with a VIP small group tour, we would still need to walk over 15,000 steps in one day. Overall, the communication, guide, transportation, and small group experience were very good. However, I strongly recommend the company add more details to the website description, especially about the amount of walking and physical activity involved, so guests can be better prepared.

This day trip to Ninh Binh, Hanoi, was truly worthwhile. Taking a boat trip on the Long Bay, gliding through the mountains and water, was both scenic and relaxing. The rocky cliffs and rice paddies along the way were incredibly soothing, and the boat ride itself was fun. Afterwards, we visited the Hoa Ge historical site, where we could feel the depth of Vietnamese history and culture – a wonderful journey combining nature and humanity.


