Using an eSIM was very convenient, but the network in Luxor was just okay. My friend bought a local SIM card there, and the network was the same as with my eSIM. So, it might be better to stick to bigger cities.

At first I bought a few GB to test it out, but it wasn't enough, so I had to buy more. It's actually convenient, you can always add more GB and be online again.

I had forgotten that Andorra is outside the EU, so I was frantically searching for a good e-SIM card, and I found this! It was quick to use and extremely convenient. While e-SIM cards from Japan cover larger countries, they don't cover principalities like Andorra, so I was relieved to find this one!
