I bought an e-SIM and activated it right away. I have a good 5G signal in central Pattaya. The good thing is that it's not a daily package, but an unlimited one (I think the description says 50GB, but I haven't checked, so I don't need that much).★

Installation was completed with just one touch of the app, and upon arriving at the airport, I switched to the eSIM and roamed on.
The signal was perfectly fine in Bangkok and Ayutthaya. I purchased a 1-day 3G plan, but if I use the hotel's Wi-Fi as well, I might be able to get by with less data. 🤭
In any case, I'd definitely like to use it again next time.★

This was my first time using an eSIM card. I liked it: it was easy to register and activate on my phone. I got it for 13 days and used it in Thailand, sharing internet with a second phone. My wife and I went to Thailand (Pattaya). I ordered SIM cards before leaving Moscow. I saved the PDF files with the instructions and QR codes that came with my personal account here on my phone. Then I simply installed the SIM cards in the phone settings, and upon arrival, I simply enabled them in the settings. The funniest thing is, my wife's SIM card worked right away, but I had to wait for the rest. Thanks Trip.com! I've already hyped you up to the whole hotel!
