[Real-Name Authentication Required]
Real-name authentication website:https://kyc.cloud.ais.th
• It is recommended to complete Real-Name Authentication and eSIM installation within 12 hours before departure.
• If Real-Name Authentication is completed outside of Thailand, the plan will be activated and the usage days will start counting, even if the eSIM is not installed.
• Complete the real-name authentication first, then proceed to install the eSIM.
• One passport can only be used for the identity verification of 3 eSIMs. The passport used for identity verification will remain registered until the eSIM's validity period ends. During this time, the passport cannot be used to verify the identity of other AIS SIM cards or eSIMs. After the validity period ends, the passport can be used again for identity verification.
Required Materials:
• Passport (for photo capture).
• ICCID and phone number (can be found in the Trip.com booking voucher PDF).
Photo Requirements:
• Passport Photo: Clear, glare-free, and fully display the information page of the passport.
• Selfie: Remove glasses, ensure your entire face is within the frame, look directly at the camera, and remain still for 3-5 seconds.
[Disable Domestic SIM Card Roaming]
Before using an eSIM, make sure to turn off data roaming on your domestic SIM card to avoid incurring high international roaming charges. You will be responsible for any related fees, including roaming charges, overseas SIM card/eSIM purchase costs, and transportation expenses. No additional compensation will be provided.
[Maintaining Fair Usage Policy]
To maintain network quality and the Fair Usage Policy (FUP), telecommunications companies may throttle users who consume large amounts of data within a short period, leading to slower speeds or inability to connect. To ensure stable internet access, please avoid activities that consume excessive data, such as prolonged video streaming/downloading, software updates, or sharing your network (hotspot).
