A Very convenient solution at a modest price. There are some guidelines how to install esim on your phone. But if you have ever tried to use esim, then you will be able to master it without any help. The itinerary was quite tight, with an average of about 30 minutes at each attraction. Basically, we had to get back to the car after taking two photos, and spent most of the time on the road. But there was no other way, as many attractions in Hokkaido are located in remote areas with inconvenient transportation. If you take public transportation, the transportation fee would be huge. If you have an international driver's license, renting a car for self-driving tour may be a good choice.★
