Our tour guide, Xiao Chen, was lovely and wonderful! There were more places to eat than we expected, and fresh coconuts were available for purchase. The mountain road was a bit bumpy, but that was unavoidable given the environment. There was also a free farm where we could feed the animals, which were very cute. The staff on the boats to see the monkeys and fireflies were all very cheerful. It was a very worthwhile trip!★

Amazing day! We loved every minute! Excellent value for money too. The car collected us from the hotel then took us to see the floating mosque. We then went to the river cruise where cool drinks and snacks were ready for us. We saw proboscis monkeys, a crocodile, huge monitor lizards and fireflies. Spending time at the beach was nice - amazing fire show and beautiful sunset photos. Robert, our guide, was truly outstanding! He couldn’t have done anything more for us. This trip was a highlight of our holiday. Thank you.★

The itinerary wasn't strictly according to a schedule, but it was quite reasonable. The time was also very tight. The tour guide was very experienced. The ATV ride wasn't suitable for someone like me with little strength; I couldn't control it, but thankfully the driver helped me, so I experienced it from the back seat.
I saw three Rafflesia flowers, but the price has gone up; the entrance fee is 30 Malaysian Ringgit (it used to be 20). You absolutely must try the black pork; it's so delicious, with a charcoal-grilled flavor! Great value for money!★

Punctual pick-up and drop-off, small tour group, easy-to-manage guide. Sapi Island has clear water, white sand, and plenty of fish, a great place for snorkeling. Manukan Island also has clear water, but not many fish. Guide Zhihong is good. Worth the trip.★

The customer service was excellent, the itinerary was well-planned, and they provided pick-up and drop-off service with timely reminders. The scenery on Mermaid Island is unbeatable, swimming in the Jellyfish Bay is fantastic, the tour guide was very responsible, and the boat and car drivers were excellent – their skills were superb! The lunch on the island was also delicious; I ate two pieces of the fried fish!★

The boat trip takes about an hour and a half each way. Those sitting in the front are more prone to seasickness and vomiting, while those in the back avoid this problem, although the very last row is more likely to get wet. Aside from the long journey, the seawater on the island is incredibly clear. Even non-swimmers can gradually learn the ropes with the instructor's help. The product descriptions and actual products match. For those who don't want to pay extra, you can prepare your own supplies beforehand to avoid additional charges. The staff are very friendly, and the food is quite delicious. Overall, it was a good trip.
