The bus was very comfortable and offered several great amenities. Upon arrival at the Sapa G8 office, we were smoothly transferred from the bus to a car that brought us directly to our hotel — a convenient and well-organized service. The only minor concern was that the car driver assigned to us sent frequent messages offering tour services around Sapa. While we appreciate the enthusiasm, it felt a bit too frequent at times. I also want to recommend Minh Hang from Trip.com for providing service that went beyond my expectations.

Coming to Japan alone is comfortable. No need to worry about communication. The signal is good, no cuts. Plus, you can watch many series. Calling the hotel, the signal is good. It's very good. Normally, I use roaming, so the internet runs out very quickly.

The agency provided an excellent service with great communication and smooth arrangements. The train experience was also very impressive – having access to the lounge made everything convenient. The lounge was clean, with good facilities, and the restroom was spotless. The food served there was also delicious. Overall, a very comfortable and pleasant journey.
