The day before the trip, they contacted me and explained the meeting location in detail. The limousine was comfortable and clean. There were two stops along the way for snacks and a restroom. The driving was careful. In Sapa, they dropped us off at the hotel. I recommend this company.

The new train was okay. My boyfriend is tall, so we booked separate compartments. For me, I'm an easy sleeper, so it was comfortable, but my boyfriend said it wasn't as comfortable because the compartments are short, and he had to curl up his legs all the time.

It seems the bed sizes vary depending on the vehicle. When I came from Hanoi to Sapa, the length was 180cm, so it was fine, but when I went from Sapa to Hanoi, the length was 165cm, so it was slightly uncomfortable; however, I definitely recommend the sleeping bus.

Upon I booked this VicSapa night train from Hanoi to Sapa, a lady was friendly acknowledging thru WhatsApp my booking & later reminded me how/what to do on the actual day at trainstation VIP room， where there were guys even helped me to carry my luggage to platform 8 & to the train. Thanks to the VicSapa staff.

Overall, the trip was a success. There was a bit of a hassle getting the tickets, which are sent by email. It's best to email the organizer with a current address to send the tickets to. The carriage itself is old and not very comfortable, but it gets you to your destination.
