My tour guide is Mai. She is great and is fluent in English which makes the whole experience stand out from most of the other Vietname tours I have been to. If given the choice of going for the Alpine coaster or not, my recommendation, skip it. It's just a waste of time and money 💰 but, go for it if you have kids with you. One unavoidable things is the weather though, as I see literally only fog when I am at the top of the Fansipan mountain, would come back just for that.

The seat/ bed is confortable. But there is no pick up from hotel to bus's office and no free sending to the destination hotel as described in the advertisement.
