Board the ferry at Sheung Wan Ferry Pier. It's conveniently located just a short taxi ride from Harbour City through a tunnel. Use the QR code to exchange for your ticket, then go through customs and wait in the waiting hall to get your seat number. Ferries depart for Taipa every half hour.★

Fairly easy to book. Just go to the ferry and show them the qr and they will print a ticket for you. The ferry is clean and fast. But not for people with seasick. The waves can get quite rough and the whole journey is bumpy.★

Everything was great: fast customs clearance, quick boarding, a 50-minute journey, and the same easy immigration process in Macau. The boat barely rolls at sea, eliminating seasickness. The seats are soft and comfortable. The price is about the same as a bus, but the journey is shorter and easier. The catamaran's speed is around 80 km/h.★
