A wonderful experience. We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the natural surroundings of Vienna. James is an excellent guide who knows a great deal about Vienna. The entertaining and witty conversations with him made the tour special. Highly recommended – we'd gladly do it again!

We had a fantastic day. The thermal baths weren't packed, probably because of the weather, so we got plenty of time on the slides. The way they manage the queuing is fantastic; there's no pushing and shoving, and you can really relax while waiting. Things move along quickly. The prices are the same as in Austria; eating and drinking at thermal baths is just incredibly expensive. However, if there had been as many people inside as there were loungers, or as many as the waiting areas could accommodate, it probably wouldn't have been any fun at all. So we were just lucky.
