Everything was perfect. The bus was very comfortable, the driver impeccable, and the guide was also very attentive and her narration engaging. The excursion to the castles was like something out of a fairytale: the entire landscape was covered in snow, and the castle visits were beautiful. It's a shame that photography wasn't allowed, but everything was stunning. I highly recommend it.

Everything was great! Sandro was a boss driving in the snow. Hanae was the sweetest most amazing tour guide ever. We bonded, and she even asked if I was ok and made sure I was after I fell down the hill of snow!

I went with three friends, and the guide was very helpful throughout the day, helping with ticket reservations on the bus, buying drinks, etc.! We didn't get tired from changing trains, and the weather was great, which was great!

It was a lovely trip- the guide was very knowledgeable. It was unfortunate that the weather was not great so I didn’t see the beauty of castle properly but I really enjoyed the trip and had a great time still.


