The couriers called, everything was fine, and I also sent them a couple of text messages when we couldn't understand each other. I booked this excursion for two adults and two children. The youngest child, who is 92 cm tall, traveled free, and the oldest, who is 130 cm tall, needed a child ticket. We were picked up from our hotel on time in a large, air-conditioned bus. The guide organized everything well, though. He spoke English, but everything was clear. The departure from the pier was quick. First, we went to Orchid Island, then Monkey Island. We had lunch on the first island. We loved everything. The guide was always there to help with any questions. Thank you, we loved everything!

We flew out of Nha Trang Airport. We booked fast track access 24 hours in advance. They messaged me on WhatsApp, and they explained everything. We arrived at the airport and first checked in for our flight. Then a young man met us and took us to a separate line for customs. It took us 5 minutes to get through customs. There were about 40 people in the regular line, which wasn't very crowded. We arrived 3 hours before departure, so this service wasn't really necessary. But it's better to spend the extra time shopping than standing in line. If you're short on time and have a lot of flights and people waiting, I definitely recommend using this service.


