I had forgotten that Andorra is outside the EU, so I was frantically searching for a good e-SIM card, and I found this! It was quick to use and extremely convenient. I bought it for 400 yen for 3GB for 10 days. I was able to choose between Globe and Smart in the device settings. Smart had better signal in crowded places like the airport and New Mactan Town, while Globe had better signal in rural areas like Moalboal and Oslob. I'm really glad I could use it!★
