I'd previously rented pocket Wi-Fi, but this was my first time trying eSIM. I was very nervous before I left about whether I would be able to set it up, but I'm very happy with the results!
What was particularly helpful was the customer support. I emailed them about my concerns before going to Thailand, and they carefully explained how to set up my iPhone with images, which helped me get it working smoothly after arriving without any trouble.
As for the communication environment, thanks to the True/dtac 5G line, the speed was fast even in Bangkok and Pattaya, and I was able to use it comfortably without a single dropout. I no longer need to carry around a heavy pocket Wi-Fi, so this and eSIM will likely be my only choice for future trips to Thailand and overseas!★
