It's tricky to use as a first-timer; I had to message the service hotline, but after that, it was all good. I think I should have just gotten a smaller GB for the week, I was just paranoid about getting lost in a country I had first visited with a huge language barrier. Hoping I can get a refund on the very first one before this 2nd sim I got.
BETTER make sure to activate it in the country you're going to AFTER landing, not BEFORE departure to the target country, since it may activate the SIM that first connects to.
In short: Activate it only when you arrive at your destination. Most airports have FREE wifi!★

It's very easy to set up, and in case of emergency, the support team responds quickly. We stopped the data plan because it was difficult to track how much we were spending. We thought we were low, but it turned out we'd used it all. That was probably the only annoying issue. A must-have for Aussies traveling to Asia – huge savings compared to roaming
Rating: 5/5. This was my second time using this eSIM, and I can confidently say it's a game-changer for Australians traveling to Asia.
I did the math, and the cost savings are significant. To put it in perspective, I looked at the big Australian telcos' roaming fees:
· Vodafone & Optus have a daily roaming rate of AUD $5 for international data.
· Telstra's similar plan will cost you AUD $10 per day.
For a 10-day trip, that's an eye-watering AUD $50 to $100 in roaming fees alone.
