This was a perfect trip on the Zambezi. It wasn't too long, the tour operator took great care of you with snacks, drinks and good information about the river. We were lucky to have their small river cruise boat to ourselves which worked out perfectly. It also meant that we had a personal touch from our boat captain and hostess on board. I couldn't fault this excursion. It wasn't too long (2 to 2.5 hrs onboard), you had drinks included (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) and some small snacks available. The scenery was relaxing and a bonus with hippo's, crocodiles and a few birds to add to the enjoyment. The real hero though was the sunset.

The guides, Trevor and Ryan, were very professional. I enjoyed every minute of my visit. The handover to the guide in Zambia went very smooth. The landscape is outstanding. The food in Zambia was excellent and the meal was timed well and not rushed at all. I highly recommend to see both sides of the falls.

A ferry ride on the Zambezi River is perfect for those who don't want to bother looking for a place to dine in the small town of Victoria Falls. Plus, you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and monkeys running along the banks of the Zambezi. The three-course menu features at least four dishes each. Cocktails and drinks are unlimited.

When they say full day they mean it. Pick up in Victoria Falls and return 10.5 hours Morning cruise of 3 hours on Chobe River is amazing with many animals. Then lunch buffet before heading out on a game tour for the afternoon. We did get bogged in Kalahari for a while but this just added to the experience. Many animals up close and some great scenic areas.


