We were informed in advance of the meeting time and fees, met at our hotel on time, and taken to the office to pay the fees, then to the helipad. The helicopter was comfortable, and the flight offered excellent views. The pilot flew over them several times so both passengers could see them. We booked a 25-minute flight, and the extra time was worth it, even though the only animals we saw were elephants. The description and ticket misrepresented the fees; they charged us a third more for a 25-minute flight, claiming the information was for a 15-minute flight.

A well-organized trip. We were picked up from our hotel at the appointed time, taken by bus to the Botswana border, transferred to an open-top vehicle after the border, and after the land safari, taken to a delicious buffet lunch, followed by a water cruise. Both the cruise and the safari lasted about two hours, which was plenty of time to keep us from getting tired. We saw elephants, giraffes, lions, hippos, and a variety of antelope.

Pickup is on time from anywhere in the city. There were snacks and drinks. The sunset was beautiful. We saw a couple of animals. It was a great evening activity.

A ferry ride on the Zambezi River is perfect for those who don't want to bother looking for a place to dine in the small town of Victoria Falls. Plus, you can spot hippos, crocodiles, and monkeys running along the banks of the Zambezi. The three-course menu features at least four dishes each. Cocktails and drinks are unlimited.

We weren't thrilled, just took a boat ride. All we saw was a crocodile and a beautiful sunset. The captain explained the area. Drinks and a small snack were included. The waiters insistently asked for tips.
