Loved this cooking class! Rosie was my teacher and I learnt so much. We made yummy ban xeo and banh mi rolls as well as some Vietnamese sausage. So tasty I loved it all!

I absolutely loved this masterclass! Sarah was so sweet, explained everything clearly, talked about coffee in an engaging way, and was always engaging with us, the masterclass participants. I'd like to say it's best to eat beforehand, because after four coffees, we were all so pumped up that we all wanted to dance, run, or just shake our legs. 😂 Everything was delicious! I thoroughly enjoyed spending two hours learning and making coffee (and these recipes also use a lot of condensed milk, so I ate enough of that to last a year).
