The minimum number of participants for the tour is 2. If the number of participants does not reach 2, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation notice will be sent via email one day before departure.
Please arrive at the designated location 10 minutes before departure. The tour will depart on time.
If you're prone to motion sickness, it's recommended to prepare motion sickness medication in advance.
It is recommended to bring a hat, raincoat, and personal medication.
The itinerary does not include lunch. Lunchtime is reserved for your free arrangement, allowing you to decide the dining time and meal options according to your preferences.

Holiday surcharge: VND 200,000 per vehicle

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation 2 days (inclusive) or more before departure date: Full refund available.
Cancellation less than 2 days before departure: no refund.
Bookings must be completed at least 2 days prior to the departure date; otherwise, they cannot be processed.
Tickets, various vouchers, visas, and fast-track services are non-refundable, non-cancellable, and non-changeable once purchased.
