Things to do in Guangdong

The interactive underwater boat is a lifesaver for families with kids! We rode in a small car slowly into the whale shark exhibit, watching schools of fish swim by up close through the portholes. My child exclaimed, "It feels like we're in a submarine!" The unique perspective from the boat allowed us to see whale sharks and schools of fish gathering, keeping the kids entertained. We even bought a cute and practical whale shark plush toy at the exit shop. The marine wonders area was clean and bright, and although it was indoors, it wasn't stuffy at all. The staff explained things in soft, professional voices, without being loud or disruptive. While the queues were long, the interactive screens kept us entertained.

For families with children, it's definitely worth a visit! Visiting the entire park in one day would be very rushed and tiring, leaving your knees sore. For a better experience, I recommend two days and one night. The park has a wide variety of animals, and the cable car and miniature train are quite unique; children had a great time. The staff are very friendly, patiently answering questions and engaging in friendly interactions. If I had to complain, firstly, the food prices inside the park are relatively high (although the Chinese food was okay); secondly, the smell was too pungent when the miniature train passed the bird area (I wonder how this can be improved); and thirdly, the prices in the interactive areas are also quite expensive (for example, feeding the giraffes costs 36 yuan for a single branch!!!). Overall, I highly recommend it for families with children!

I think 300 yuan per person is great value for money. It includes a free cable car ride for a panoramic view of the entire park, and a free mini-train ride for a close-up look at the animals on the African savanna – you get to see everything from different angles. We also spent 300 yuan to drive through the park and get a more intimate look at the animals – a very immersive experience. It wasn't the weekend, so it wasn't too crowded. The park staff were very responsible in their explanations. We also ordered a three-person set meal inside the park, which was a bit pricey, but reasonable for the park's price.

Very nice place have so many attractions, rides and scenic view

I’ve a great memorable and interactive time in the Chimelong International Circus. I purchased at here since I was not able to purchase in WeChat as I don’t have China phone number. The view is so great and all of the performers are just infront of me. Totally recommend this experience! It’s just a pity that it’s only 1hr! :)

搭地铁2号线到越秀公园站，从E出口出来，很容易就找到南越王博物院。入口看着不大，没想到爬了几层楼梯后，才发现里面别有洞天，展区规模比想象中大得多。来之前看评价都建议请讲解员，于是花了150元参加考古主题讲解。价格确实不便宜，但听完觉得值得。讲解员很专业，把南越国的历史、墓葬的发现及文物背后的故事讲得生动又清楚。最难忘的是亲自走进两千多年前的地下墓室。虽然比想象中小，但随着讲解员介绍墓室布局及遗骸出土的位置，仿佛能想象当年考古发掘的场景。馆内还有丝缕玉衣、文帝行玺金印等镇馆之宝。不得不感叹古人的智慧、精湛工艺，以及他们对生死的独特理解。更让我有感触的是，南越国的疆域曾涵盖今天的潮汕地区，也是我的祖籍地。了解这段历史后，心里多了一份亲切感和敬意。喜欢历史的朋友，真心建议请个讲解员。文物自己看是一回事，听懂背后的故事又是另一回事。#museums

We really enjoyed this cruise. 60 minutes of relaxing stress relief. The views of the night city skylines was incredible. We enjoyed seeing everything from a different angle combined with less crowded area to view close up Canton tower. The three bridges we traveled under also offered a different fun experience. A pretty city showcased by the cruise. Food (snacks stuff) and drinks are served to order throughout trip

The experience was fantastic, and the service was excellent. Today we saw the orca show and the mermaid fantasy show, and brought the kids here for another experience. It's definitely worth seeing again. The rides were also very fun, and the overall experience was great.

We didn't catch any squid, but the owner helped us by casting a net every half hour, bringing up quite a few. We had a barbecue on the boat, which was a nice way to relax and have some fun in the evening. Even though we didn't catch any fish, we still had a barbecue and seafood porridge dinner.
