Chaweng Beach

Located on the east coast ofKo Samui, Chaweng Beach is a 7 km crescent-shaped beach where you can experience various exciting water activities. At night, you can explore various bars and enjoy the vibrant nightlife. Tourist hub Since the beach is occupied by various hotels and resorts, the beach road is on the inland side, with bars, restaurants, and shops across the street. Along the beach road, there are numerous hotels, resorts, restaurants, diving schools, bars with different styles, and shopping malls, making it a tourist hub and a great place for nightlife. The soft white sand on the beach contrasts with the turquoise sea, creating charming scenery. The water here is very clear, with many transparent little fish swimming around. However, there are many pebbles in the sea, perhaps because the locals are preserving its original state. If you want to walk further out, it is recommended to wear water shoes and not walk barefoot in the sea. You might occasionally step on small crabs, which you can catch and play with. Abundant water activities Meanwhile, abundant water recreation facilities can be seen everywhere. Sailboats bobbing in the wind, jet skis whizzing by, and on-site diving equipment rentals will ensure you have a pleasant vacation here. The price for a jet ski is about 1,500 THB for 30 minutes per person; it is recommended to negotiate the price appropriately. There are also many small vendors on the beach where you can choose to get your hair braided or get a temporary tattoo. Of course, this is also a great place to relax, but because the weather in Thailand is quite hot, if you just want to sit on the beach, it is recommended to go after 4:00 PM. More beautiful at night If the daytime is perfect for the beach, then the night is definitely perfect for bars. Chaweng Beach is a very lively place onKo Samui, with a very rich nightlife. There are small bars and nightclubs everywhere near the beach. Popular ones includeGreen Mango, Reggae Pub, and Mint Bar. Once night falls, there are bar benches everywhere, with all kinds of drinks and music, as if in paradise. You can fall asleep on the beach and wake up at sunrise. In addition, there is a viewpoint on a small hill south of the beach, which is a very suitable place to watch the sunrise.Koh Samui · 1.2 km from downtown

Lamai Beach has relatively fine sand. You can go diving, kayaking, or even sailing with your loved one to enjoy the wonderful view where the sea meets the sky. Of course, you can also just spread a towel on the beach to sunbathe and take photos. Enjoy the whole afternoon, watching the warm sea breeze blow through the coconut trees, and watching the waves roll fine white sand onto the shore, only to recede from the smooth beach. Hin Ta Hin Yai and Hin Ya, Hin Ta Hin Yai In addition, it is worth mentioning that a famous view at Lamai Beach is "Hin Ta Hin Yai Hin Ya, Hin Ta Hin Yai". They are located in the south of Lamai Beach, on a small road off the main road, along Highway 4169 heading southwest towards Lamai. Hin Ta Hin Yai stands straight on the rocks, while Hin Ta Hin Yai is over a hundred m away, hidden in the surging sea, and can only be clearly seen at low tide. These two rocks are one of the must-photograph views for photography enthusiasts visiting Ko Samui. Because there are many large rocks scattered around, this is also a place frequently visited by tourists who like to sunbathe. Apply some coconut oil and lie there quietly to get close to the sun. The path leading to Hin Ta Hin Yai, Hin Ta Hin Yai is also a shopping street. Coconut products here are worth buying, such as coconut candies and coconut shell products. If you have enough time, you must go and take a look. In addition, Lamai Beach also regularly hosts a beach festival, where employees from various large hotels on the island put on a masquerade party, along with various performances.Koh Samui · 6.6 km from downtown

Exactly as booked. We booked to feed the elephants and that's what we did, I was just a bit underwhelmed, not sure what I was expecting but maybe to last a little longer. We were offered a complimentary refreshment once finished. Amazing animals, which are clearly loved by the keepers at the sanctuary, my children had a lovely time, so I would certainly recommend this as a family activity whilst on Samui.

This experience will stay with you forever, to be able to share 4 hours with these majestic animals are beyond words, and the information learned throughout your time there is truly enlightening. We really enjoyed making and giving the elephants their vitamin and supplement balls that they need to help keep them healthy and help with there digestive system! what is also apparent from the very moment you arrive, is the respect and care that every employee has for each and every elephant, but most of all for me was the connection felt with the elephants, there left to do whatever they want to do! It’s their choice whether they spend time with you! But they genuinely seemed to enjoy human company! If you’re an animal and nature lover, this is an experience not to be missed!

The water quality in this area is beautiful and the density of marine fish is high. You can also see the fish swimming in the clear water on the boat. If you want to further explore this beautiful underwater world, there is no other choice but to play scuba diving in the waters of the archipelago. In addition to snorkeling and other water activities, the park also has many natural caves, quiet white sand beaches, coral reefs and various strange rocks. The charming scenery of Antong National Marine Park lies in the beautiful scenery of the park. The vast sea and limestone hills form a beautiful landscape painting. The nearby waters are clean and transparent and rich in marine life. The islands are covered with coral reefs, unique blue saltwater lakes and limestone caves. It is a place that cannot be missed when visiting the islands. The quiet bay is also a good place for diving, swimming and boating. It will definitely take a day to travel around here to experience the pleasant coastal scenery. Visitors can also rent a small boat and roam freely according to their preferences. If you are tired of playing, you can also enjoy food at the tourist service center of Antong National Marine Park. The tourist service center is located on a larger island and can provide tourists with accommodation, catering, ecological introduction and park guidance services. Whether you choose to travel independently or with a guide, the charming scenery here will make people linger. Woniu Island is the location of the National Headquarters. In front of the National Headquarters is a white sandy beach suitable for swimming and canoeing. There are also stalactite caves nearby. The stalactites are shaped like blooming lotuses. The Shanzhong Lake is on Cimu Island. The nearby waters are clean and transparent and rich in marine life. The islands are covered with coral reefs and limestone. In addition, the unique blue saltwater lake and limestone cave are masterpieces of nature, and the geological concave is naturally formed. It is 200 meters wide, 250 meters long, and 7 meters deep. It takes about 15 minutes by boat from the National Headquarters. It is a place not to be missed for island sightseeing. 【Scenery】Good 【Value for money】

Come to Koh Samui, stay at Utopia Lamai Beach. Beautiful beach, accommodation on the beach, clean room, lovely owner, excellent service, delicious food. Too bad we only had two nights, must come back again and spend more time.
