It is located inside JR station building. When you go out the ticket gate, you can notice it automatically. Here you can get a free map of Ako. They also suggest you an exemplary visiting course.
HELPFUL TO GET ME TO CASTLE & OISHI SHRINE
The staff worked in unison with our language problems- a little English on their partand a little Japanese on mine. but they stuck with untilI was informed and satisfied.

It is located near the entrance of JR Banshu Ako Station. There are tourist maps and various pamphlets. Ako's crafts and souvenirs are also sold. I can do my best with tourist information and sales staff.
In addition to the rare "Water Salt", "ｱﾗｺﾞｽｸ (ｲﾀﾘｱ Confectionery)" of [Rita Saka] is also on sale here.
In addition to the function as a "tourist information center", there are plenty of "souvenirs" centered on salt.
