I went to May 2019. It is a building with the Republic of Kazakhstan Military Museum in the 28 Panfilov Warrior Park. It is a heavy building and is a building that seems to be the former Soviet Union. The museum was not open, probably because it was late in the evening, and local young people were practicing dancing at the entrance of the museum.
