It's an attractive ruin, situated close to the Priory ruins. Sitting on a very steep mound, it's quite a hike to the top and not a great deal to see unless you are really into local history. However...
Not a huge amount to see here and the climb up is not for the faint hearted. But it is quite atmospheric at the top, with nice views of the Priory Church and down into the surrounding streets.
Very intresting little peice of history here... situated in the heart of Christchurch... The hill is fun for kids! look for a peice of cardboard to sit on and fly down the hill!!

Worth making the climb
