The gate of the mausoleum where Confucius was enshrined at the former clan school, Meirinkan. It is now relocated in front of the Yubikan (Kendo Dojo). It's not very noticeable, so if you're not careful, you'll overlook it.

The remains of the clan school Meirinkan in front of the Yubikan. The gate was the front gate of the mausoleum that enshrines Confucius, but it is rare that it is equipped with Karahafu on the left and right. Be careful as it is difficult to notice even if you look at it from the front.

It seems to be the gate in front of the cathedral in the Meirinkan. The clan school Meirinkan is now Meirin Elementary School. Therefore, the remains have also been relocated on the premises. It's probably a Tang-style gate.

Kantokumon has been relocated to the southeast corner of the site of the former clan school Meirinkan. The former 々 was the front gate of the holy mausoleum enshrining Confucius, located between the south gate and the holy mausoleum, crossing the Banzai Bridge and becoming an entrance to the stone fence around the holy mausoleum. The Banzai Bridge has been relocated to Shitokiyama Shrine, the Mausoleum has been relocated to Kaichoji Temple, and the Kantokumon gate has been quietly relocated in front of the Yubikan.
