It's near the Tegarayama Amusement Park.
Original Text
It is in front of the parking lot above Tegarayama Amusement Park. The place where the air strike was located is hidden on the map of Japan, and I felt the fear of war again. From the immediate front, you can overlook Himeji city.
It is a memorial tower on the mountain of Mt. Tegara. There is a paid parking lot nearby. It is a memorial facility and it is not a tourist destination, but it was a magnificent tower.
On Mt. Tegara in Himeji, the "Memorial Tower for the Dead in the Air Attack of the National War-disaster City of the Pacific War" built in 1931 rises high in the sky. At first glance, it looks like a tower, but what it means is that you swear to fight, pierce the sword, a weapon, deep into the ground, and never fight that abominable war again. It's on the morning walk course, and when I come to it, I always take off my hat and bow my head, praying for the peace of the many air strike dead.
