足湯と腕湯で温まる

平戸港の傍，商店街からも近い場所にあります。足湯だけではなく，気軽に利用できる腕湯があるのがとっても嬉しい。トロっとした泉質で温まります。

道端に「うで湯」と「あし湯」がある

「歴史の道」にある足湯施設で広いので10人以上でも同時に楽しめる。 あし湯の施設は全国あちこちにあるが、うで湯というのは珍しい。お湯の高さがあるので腕をお湯につけることができる。 平戸温泉は源泉が35度ということなので、少し温めているようで、無料というのはありがたい。

　オランダ関連の観光資源から離れ、海岸の交流広場から少し歩いた平戸市街地にある。「足湯」の隣に「腕湯」が併設されている変わった施設だ。腕湯と普通に書いたが、この時初めて見た。大型連休の最中だったが、気軽に使えるとあってか大人気だった。ナトリウム炭酸水素塩泉で、ヌルヌルとした肌ざわりだ。
